Claims are handled promptly, always in the statutory period. Our customers are not charged for legitimate claims.

What should I do if the delivered item is damaged?

Check the delivered parcel when you are collecting it and do not accept if it shows signs of damage. If the books are damaged although the packaging is intact, contact the delivery company A.S.A.P.

What should I do if the order is incomplete or incorrect?

We pay a great attention to the order shipment and double check each parcel before it is sent. Nevertheless it may happen that it is our fault that your order is incorrect or incomplete. In this case please contact our Customer Support and we will advise you on how to proceed. We will do our best to resolve this situation as soon as possible to your full satisfaction.

How should I proceed with a claim of defective goods?

  1. Fill up Claim form (PDF, 900 kB). and send it to us via e-mail or simply attach to the claimed goods.
  2. Please pack the returned items properly, not in a bubble foil or in an envelope.
  3. The package with the claimed goods should be sent to the address below. We do not accept parcels sent on “cash on delivery”.
  4. In the case of a manufacturing defect the claimed merchandise can be repaired, exchanged or we will send your money back to your account. Refund using postal order is unfortunately not possible.
