He went to law school at FloridaState University, and then completed an advanced law degreein international and comparative law at George WashingtonUniversity.After a short stay at the U.S. Department of State, Roger went to India by invitation of the Dalai Lama's admin-istration, to advise them in the drafting of a constitution foran autonomous Tibet. Roger also worked on the politicalconflicts in Burma, Kashmir, and Afghanistan. His first book, The Wandering Peacemaker, is about his experiences duringthis work. America's Highest Destiny is his second book.
