In a world torn apart by division and anxiety, there is greater need than ever for church unity, and for united action to help transform the world and its ways. Samuel Kobia, general secretary of the World Council of Churches, has travelled widely and heard the cries of people affected by hatred, violence, starvation, economic injustice and environmental degradation.
