The book describes over 60 jump rope tricks, ranging from 'easy' through 'harder' to 'even harder'. Colour illustrations show you how to jump each routine correctly. The rope is a clear green PVC cable with bright yellow handles. As well as being an individual activity, jump rope is also something you can do with other people. The book includes several routines for two or more jumpers using just the rope in the box. Once you have mastered the basics, you can go on and jump with groups of people using longer ropes and multiple ropes. Jump rope is a wonderful sport for competition and recreation. It's also great for keeping fit and healthy - that's why lots of professional athletes like boxers and tennis players use it.
