After nearly forty years of faithfully following Jesus and serving the body of Christ, Glen found himself out of work and living in a tent in his mother-in-law's backyard. Never did he imagine that the Lord he'd known for so long would actually allow his life to come to such a devastating dead end. And yet, through the soil of disappointment, hurt, and anger sprouted a persistent thought: What if God actually orchestrated this tent life in order to bring to the surface the incredible plan he has in store?

Wisdom's Gait is the story of a long journey from years of failure and hopelessness to days of peace and wisdom. These are the accounts of someone discovering the tenacious hand of God and of the unorthodox means God will use to reconstruct the false perceptions we all hold of him.

Glen Veenstra has served the Lord for over 39 years as a worship leader and pastor. He gained valuable life and ministry experience over the many years he was actively involved in planting churches in California, Florida, and Oregon. As a songwriter, Glen has written music that has been recorded by well-known Christian artists and his worship songs are being incorporated into worship services all around the world. Glen has been married to his wife, Mary, for 30 years and they have four children.
