Architectural Styles

The author attributes the architectural styles to the ancient origins on which these styles were built in the civilization of the Pharaohs, as the Greeks themselves were proud that their civilization derived its origins from the Egyptian civilization, which they described as the oldest and most ancient civilization. Therefore, we must research a little into the origins of those ancient Egyptian styles that were the beginning of the architectural rules, and from which the Greeks and Romans derived the first lines of their architecture.The Egyptian was logical in using columns, as they were used first to support the roofs in huts built from plant materials, and they represent the shape of a hut or dwelling with a column in the middle, as we see the shape of the column in the hypostyle hall.
