Louis Pasteur

This book deals with the biography of the French chemist Louis Pasteur. He is one of the most important founders of microbiology in medicine, and is known for his distinguished role in researching the causes of diseases and methods of preventing them. His medical discoveries contributed to reducing the mortality rate of puerperal fever and developing vaccines against rabies and anthrax, and his experiments also supported the germ theory of disease. He was known to the general public for inventing a method of treating milk and wine to prevent them from causing disease, a process later called pasteurization. Pasteur also made many discoveries in the field of chemistry, most notably the molecular basis for the asymmetry of certain crystals. His body rests at the Pasteur Institute in Paris in a stunning vault depicting his achievements in the form of Byzantine mosaics. Pasteur concluded from the idea of ??spoilage of drinks that microorganisms that infect animals and humans cause diseases, and he suggested that microorganisms should be prevented from entering the human body, which led to the development of disinfection methods in surgery.
