Christopher Bugros left home to go diving when the unthinkable happened: He was washed away by the strong currents of the Atlantic Ocean off the coast of Trinidad. The diving trip had started like any other; members of the diving party plotted the coordinates of the dive location and gave them to the boat captain to put into the GPS. The captain s job was straightforward: Monitor the GPS while they were in the water and stay put until everyone resurfaced. Even though the other members of Christopher s party undertook an exhaustive search when they realized he was missing, they could never find him.
