Management is a profession with social responsibility and obligations towards employees, citizens, and all parties involved in the organization's activities across various fields. Ceremonies have been known since antiquity, as most prophetic messages and holy books address the rules and etiquette of human conduct. In ancient times, many rules of etiquette were known during the Pharaonic, Roman, and Byzantine eras. For example, by studying inscriptions on temple walls and analyzing some Pharaonic manuscripts, it has been possible to deduce some of the rules followed in that era when the Pharaoh of Egypt met with the High Priest, when officials of the Pharaonic state were received, when royal delegations were received, or during the funeral rites of kings. Good conduct is perfected by a person's refined behavior and ability to act with utmost courtesy, thus attracting listeners, earning their respect, and gaining the admiration of friends. An individual's worth is directly related to the refinement of their behavior and their social conduct.
