The evictions are frozen, so the crew takes the fight to Apex itself. Depositions become comedy gold — Kevin answers every question with 'adjacent,' and Mrs. Alvarez's unmarked jar becomes Exhibit Tamale. Then the twist nobody saw coming: Tripp, the ex-brand-liaison, defects with a thumb drive holding Colette Voss's 'Porchside Playbook' memo. Dana leaks the retaliation emails and Apex stock drops eleven percent. Bonita livestreams the standoff with Meridian's surveyors until #SavePorchside trends nationally. It all builds to one live special — twenty-two million viewers — where the evidence goes to the Attorney General and the public at the same time, and the AG announces an investigation on live television. Colette Voss is ousted. The Meridian deal collapses. And then the board makes Dana an offer nobody expected: the Chief Content Officer chair. Forty-eight hours to decide. She walks into Apex headquarters carrying tamales for the board.
