Value Approach in Business

Are you or staff disconnected from your workplace values? Do you talk about your core values? Encouraging staff to live by them? Can you hold your workplace accountable if they are not met?When work performance becomes an issue in your staff can you address this through your company values? What direction does your workplace values focus on? Is it customer focus, product focus, service focus, or staff focus? Are your workplace value directions balanced? Statements like, 'they do not live their values in this company,''They are disconnected from their values', 'No one believes in them anymore'. When you have low work productivity, poor conduct from staff or leaders step back and look at it through a values lens. What values are not being met in your staff and leaders? Is this lowering respect for one another in your team? A values conversation can address poor behaviors, attitudes, performance, and motivation in any workplace.
