Throughout more than fifty years of osteopathic practice, James Jealous DO, the visionary founder of Biodynamics of Osteopathy, recorded daily insights, quiet revelations, and clinical wisdom that defined his life's work. This third edition of An Osteopathic Odyssey is the culmination of that journey. This collection of daily commentaries and reflections offers more than just theory; it provides a roadmap for skill development and a deeper resonance with osteopathic principles. Through a blend of profound insights and practical tasks, Dr. Jealous invites the reader to look beyond the mechanical and toward the Health and the Breath of Life.
As Dr. Jealous writes in his preface:
"This book is not a textbook. It is the travelogue of one man who has tried to become an Osteopath...This book is designed by the Tide. The divisions and order may seem irrational. I hope it is an enjoyable task to use this book as a 'friend' to be with you."
For the student, the practitioner, and the seeker, this book serves as a companion in the lifelong ever-deepening discovery of Health.
