Kirk McKenna was nineteen, and he was enjoying life. He had a small but close circle of guy friends, buddies, comrades. They lived every day as if it were their last. They had a lot of fun; they were adventurous and loved excitement, but they didn't always make wise decisions.

He seeks to offer encouragement to others, communicating that God is faithful even through the darkest times.
