Few, if any, have heard this story-and with good reason. This is not a tale about the future but a chronicle of hushed-up events in the recent past. Details of Part I of this chronicle were provided first-hand to your reporter by two humans, a man and a woman, who played key roles in this astounding account. I am sworn to secrecy regarding their names, but I am allowed to report that the woman was, at one time, a respected federal intelligence agent and the man is the respected CEO of an international company.
I am not allowed to even hint at who provided details of Part II. Suffice it to say, if anyone could know those details, he is the man I personally met with during his brief return to "Riverside, California" in 2007. I can only guess from where he arrived and to where he returned.
