Boo, Giggles, and Moonlight

Raven Hollow, Book Two

This Halloween, the laughter might be the scariest thing of all!

Eloise Madigan thought she'd seen the last of Raven Hollow's troublesome witches. After all, she'd locked them away last Halloween. What could possibly go wrong this year?

Apparently, everything.

It starts with a tiny black kitten wearing a witch's hat. The kitten can talk, though it seems to know only one word: "Boo."

Then children begin disappearing.

Even stranger, nobody remembers they ever existed. Nobody except Eloise.

Soon, Raven Hollow is crawling with suspiciously clever rabbits, mischievous cats, nervous puppies, and other adorable creatures who aren't quite what they seem. With help from two argumentative frogs, a sarcastic talking skull, and a magical ring that rarely behaves itself, Eloise discovers a terrible secret.

The witches are turning children into familiars, and the town's biggest Halloween festival is exactly what they need to escape.

Every giggle makes their magic stronger. Every missing child brings them closer to freedom. And when the Hollow Moon reaches its highest point at midnight, the children will be trapped in their animal shapes forever.

Now Eloise must find a way to break the curse before Raven Hollow laughs itself into disaster.

Because in Raven Hollow, even a little giggle can lead to big trouble!

A delightfully spooky middle-grade fantasy adventure filled with mischievous magic, talking animals, wicked witches, friendship, and Halloween surprises. Perfect for young readers who love funny mysteries with just the right amount of fright.
