Thieves associated with the Chinese Communist Party burglarized McGill's University Montreal, Canada Science Department obtaining research to develop a space gun. During this period, former and active White House personnel approved the construction of artificial islands in the Gulf of Mexico. US Intelligence Officers and DEA Agents conducting disparate investigations learn that the burglary and the artificial islands hold clues to an attack against the Homeland. Proxy warriors from a rogue European country and former colleagues of the Black Cat are creating distractions throughout the world to hide the deployment of terrorists intent on guarding the green energy island chain. Once again, mysterious forces have awakened to defend and to subvert China's plans to simultaneously attack the United States and Taiwan.
