The senior citizens in many metros in India are alone either due to the nuclear family system or the migration of their children abroad. With age and deteriorating health, they need support and assistance in their day-to-day life. The outcome is a model that leverages the power of cloud computing so that every senior citizen across the country can virtually access the system. The proposed Cloud Based Model for Senior Citizens Wellness Management helps to build an elder friendly eco system that promotes senior citizens wellness, and makes ageing a pleasant experience.
