The aim of the current study was to find the effect of hoop training on women diagnosed withpolycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) with grade 1 obesity. This study was done becausewomen with PCOS often have body dissatisfaction and an impaired quality of life and not alot of focus is given to that aspect when it comes to treating PCOS.It was an experimental study with a sample size of 24 and consisted of 2 groups: Yoga group(n=11) and Yoga along with hoop training protocol (n=13).The outcome measures that were taken were the Body attitude test (BAT), Body Mass Index(BMI) and Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome Quality of life Questionnaire (PCOSQ).
