Hey Lord, It's Me Again!

How many times have you asked yourself, how did I find myself in this situation? Or cried Lord, if you get me out of this, I will never do it again? Why can you have the strength and willpower of an Olympic athlete, until the moment of truth? With the utmost sincerity and greatest earnest in the moment you long for freedom from the self-inflicted turmoil. The all too familiar rollercoaster, first with emotions running amuck followed by the dreaded physical ailments that are associated with overwhelming stress and anxiety from the situation. Unconsciously you know, you age with every episode and grow weary and tired of experiencing these unsettling and exhausting periods.
Lord, there must be a better way! Why do I keep doing the same things and making the same mistakes over and over knowing the anguish it brings? I know I am not alone in these thoughts and experiences and wanted to share my journey of enlightenment and resolve.
Hey Lord, It's Me Again! is a self-help book for all people covering every socio-economic, gender and racial community. It addresses the difficulties associated with repeating negative or self-destructive behaviors and the feelings of remorse and regret that accompanies poor decision making. By assisting the reader with recognizing negative habits and behaviors early I hope to assist in facilitating a life of healthy habits and positive experiences.
