When Alexandra "Lex" Merritt agrees to spend the summer in Seabreak, she tells herself it's for the ocean air, the long weekends, and the chance to reset before real life speeds up again. It is absolutely not because her friends insisted. And it is definitely not because Beckett Hartman will be there.

Beck is the last person she'd choose to share a house with. Unfortunately, Sand Dollar Point has seven bedrooms, six bathrooms, and exactly one room left.

Seabreak is small. The gossip moves faster than the short walk to the bars, and every argument feels louder when it echoes off wrap-around porches and pool tiles. Between holiday fireworks, drinking games, and the kind of accidental touches that linger longer than they should, the tension between Lex and Beck becomes impossible to ignore - even when they pretend it's still just banter.

When old grudges resurface, and friends meddle, lines get drawn in the sand. And in a house where every moment is shared, privacy is a luxury neither of them can afford.
