LIFE KNOCKED ME DOWN. BUT I CHOSE TO GET UP.

Life doesn't always go according to plan.

Sometimes it takes you through pain, failure, heartbreak, uncertainty, and moments when you don't know what tomorrow will bring. But sometimes, those difficult moments become the very experiences that shape who you are.

This is my story.

From childhood and school to epilepsy, relationships, marriage, divorce, career struggles, and starting over, I have experienced moments that changed me in ways I never expected. At times, I felt lost. At times, I failed. At times, I wondered whether life would ever get better.

But I kept moving.

At 38, I chose to begin again. I discovered fitness, rebuilt myself, searched for purpose, met people who changed my life, faced new challenges, and continued learning-even when life didn't give me the answers I was looking for.

This book is not a story about a perfect life. It is a story about an ordinary man who kept trying.

If you have ever felt that life has knocked you down, if you have ever had to start again, or if you are wondering whether it is too late to change your life, I hope these pages remind you of one simple truth:

You may fall. You may fail. You may lose your way.

But you are not finished.
