JEREMIAH

Called by God. Rejected by his people. Faithful through the fall of a nation.

Jeremiah never sought the life of a prophet. Yet God called him to carry a message Judah desperately needed-and refused to hear.

As kings resist correction and false prophets promise peace, Jeremiah warns that judgment is coming. His obedience brings threats, imprisonment, and the anguish of watching the people he loves turn away from the Lord. Still, he cannot remain silent.

In JEREMIAH: THE WEEPING PROPHET, Rev. Jerry Turner brings readers into the troubled final years of Judah, following Jeremiah through the burning of his prophetic scroll, the darkness of a muddy dungeon, and the devastating fall of Jerusalem.

But beyond the sorrow lies a promise. God has not forgotten His people. Beyond captivity, there will be restoration. Beyond the ruins, there is hope.

Part of the Legacy Series of biblical novels, this story draws upon the biblical account and King James Version Scripture, using imagined dialogue and scenes to help readers enter Jeremiah's world.
