Letters 2 Lance

Letters 2 Lance is a collection of 52 essays (in 2 volumes) with a Letter posted at the end of each chapter/essay; and only the (fan) Letter was subsequently sent via email to 'Lance the Driver' -a celebrity online vlogger who was bullied in High School; but eventually regains his self-esteem & finds his way back from the brink of being too afraid to do almost anything! Surprisingly, reconsiders education, as a nontraditional student. When 'out of the blue' discloses a dream he once shared online, to work at the United Nations! And resolutely wants to help other young people at-risk; overcome their symptomatic fear factors & face the world with confidence!

These 52 essays represent 52 weeks of the year; originally introduced in my (2015) book, OK2BG - mainly about a proposed 'book donation project' whereby 25 books are donated every week for 52 weeks, to High Schools & secondary school libraries.
The idea was designed to help at-risk Young Adults find a role model in books; in the format of Memoirs, Biographies, Autobiographies & Anthologies - mainly by or about allegedly gay men. Still, with consideration for all people of all natures & all nations.
A literary postcard with some of the book covers, in 52 different subject categories is included at the end of each letter/chapter/essay. And the large/first letter at the start of each (52) chapter/essay, spells 3 prophetic phrases!

I suppose this story is maybe more about my own need for a virtual delegate to help me better understand my incomprehension & lack of doggedness about how to express my tentative opinions about the world at-large & determine thereby to push myself to take-action, & make a difference about the need for a comprehensive, positive change in the world.
I've included 1,000+ books & referenced hundreds of movies, together with an index of 1,000+ names & 70+ countries & almost every U.S. state; in order to entice young people; both gay, straight or ally, to explore their ambitions further afield, beyond their own familiar neighborhood.
While, Letters 2 Lance is not unlike an Anthology of essays by different authors writing about a similar subject; L2L is an Anthology of essays by one author writing about the same subject, or rather objective w/regard to helping Lance, & thereto myself, correspondingly!

I sincerely want to thank 'Lance the Driver' of REVIRD - albeit after-the-fact of my fictional 'error in judgement' perchance, or by some imaginable Mistake of Fact by pushing my virtual race car 'on the limit' - still; for Lance's generosity in gifting me the chauffeured opportunity to promote & support his online persona of some certain celebrity status; via the occasional acceptance of my intermittent online comments.
And likewise sporadic, yet respective & altogether well-intentioned Letters; in the guise of an authentic, nevertheless one-sided pen-pal relationship. With heartfelt, voluminous editions of fan mail, as a proxy of sorts for my own due diligence; as a subjective exercise for the collaborative progress of other like-minded people perhaps; especially Young Adults.
Who might be both emotionally & physically at-risk & tenaciously lost in the chaos of the world, like a refugee, via the worrisome whims of war.
What I honestly tried to do was assist Lance Nelson in some manner, so he might be able to help somebody else & not have to struggle so much alone; in order for both to find their way in the world, via thoughtful insight & serious self-discover, ASAP!
