PAI follows a solitary traveler who crosses deserts and mountains in search of an unknown destination. Exhausted and uncertain, he arrives at a vast, carefully built city surrounded by high walls, shining towers, and unusual symbols. From the moment he enters, he realizes this is not an ordinary place. The city moves in quiet harmony, guided by routines marked by bells, shared customs, and an atmosphere of calm order.

The traveler finds shelter in a guesthouse where food, bathing pools, and clean clothes are freely provided. This unexpected hospitality contrasts with the harsh journey behind him. At dawn, the sound of bells echoes across the city, waking everyone at the same moment. As he explores, he observes tree-lined streets, identical houses, and people who move with quiet purpose. Everything seems intentional, from the architecture to the daily rhythms of life.

While wandering, he discovers a massive windmill outside the city walls, built from shining materials and treated as something important. Inside the city, he visits workshops where craftsmen build tools and repair machinery powered by wind. The traveler, once a craftsman himself, becomes fascinated by the precision and cleanliness of these places. Gradually, he begins to understand that the city values discipline, knowledge, and cooperation.

He repeatedly hears about Ni'gu, a powerful figure connected to the temple, the army, and the city's organization. Although the city appears peaceful, it possesses a large and well-trained military. In the barracks, the traveler watches soldiers practicing with spears, swords, bows, and chariots. Golden animal symbols above the gates mark different training grounds, blending beauty with authority and reinforcing the city's structured nature.

As days pass, the traveler continues exploring temples, workshops, markets, and farmland. He observes rituals, seasonal work, and the everyday lives of residents. Slowly, his journey changes from simple travel into a search for belonging. The calm environment, thoughtful design, and quiet generosity of the city begin to influence him.
