In his well-known direct, but humorous style, Perez uses personal antidotes and applications to relay vital information to both new and seasoned leaders looking for a fresh approach. 

"The way to protect ourselves from the constant storm of change is to ensure that we are being proactive in developing our professional durability," said Perez, an entrepreneur and mentor for over 25 years. "We need to make sure that as leaders we are not only socially and emotionally stable to withstand the storm, but that we are teaching our people how to become mentally and emotionally durable as well."

Teaching others about emotional intelligence and leadership are passions of Perez, who has impacted thousands with his Ted talk on servant leadership, currently used in graduate programs nationwide.
