Over the years many experts have observed that the Agreement on Agriculture (AoA) is beset with asymmetries and imbalances that adversely affect the interests of a large number of developing countries. This book examines the public stockholding policy of selected developing countries from the perspective of WTO rules and assesses whether the provisions of the AoA could hamper these countries' efforts to address the challenges of food security.
