Train the Trainer, Volume 3: Training Programs

Create TD Solutions That Embrace and Strengthen Organization Development

Industry professionals can contribute and influence the organization’s learning culture in multiple ways—by developing and delivering training programs directly to employees and by taking a seat at the table where leaders execute and discuss opportunities to promote healthy, energized, and engaged employees.

Volume 3 of Train the Trainer, Training Programs: Create a Culture of Learning and Maximize Your Organization's Potential offers trainers critical information about areas of organization development that they are often asked to address in their talent development solutions.
