Mais comment tout cela a commencé, et quel est le rôle qu'a joué agadir Inoumar dans le développement d'Idouska ? Avant 10 ans, Agadir Inoumar était méconnu sauf des gents du village et quelques rare chercheurs ŕ cause de l'enclavement de la zone. Grâce au travail remarquable effectué par l'Association locale et ses partenaires, Agadir Inoumar est devenu un mythe, et il a contribué au développement de tout un territoire et c'est de loin l'Agadir le plus médiatisé.
