You Matter Too

What happens when the person you love disappears, but they're still alive?

When addiction entered Leah Masters' family, it didn't arrive all at once. It crept in quietly through prescription pain medication after a workplace injury before slowly stealing the man she loved, her peace, her certainty, and the life they had built together.

For years, Leah carried the weight of keeping her family together while hiding the truth from the outside world. She learned to survive the chaos, the financial strain, the broken promises, the relapses and the heartbreak. But somewhere along the way, she forgot that she mattered too.

This is more than a story about addiction. It is a story of resilience, grief, forgiveness, healing and rediscovering yourself after years of putting everyone else first.

With honesty, warmth and hope, Leah shares the lessons that helped her rebuild a life filled with peace, purpose and joy. If you have ever loved someone struggling with addiction-or lost yourself while trying to save someone else-this book is a reminder that healing is possible.

Because you matter too.
