American teen comedy based on the antics of two characters featured in a series of stories from 'National Lampoon' magazine. Oliver Cromwell Ogilvie (Daniel Jenkins), aka O.C., and his friend Mark Stiggs (Neill Barry), are a pair of misfit teenagers who delight in making those around them miserable. The pair idolise musician King Sunny Ade and when they find out he's playing a show in Mexico, they travel to see him with their friend Barney (James Gilsenan). As the summer progresses, O.C. and Stiggs continue to torment their neighbours, the Schwabs, at Lenore (Laura Urstein)'s wedding and at the opening night of the local theatre group's play, to which they invite King Sunny Ade and his African Beats to perform.
