What happens once your order is placed?

Your order is entered into our system. At the same time, we automatically send you a confirmation e-mail with the summary of your order.

Your order is being executedNext working day at the latest
We check whether all ordered titles are in stock. If yes, your books are despatched immediately. If any of these titles are missing, we order them from our suppliers.

All non-stock titles we order from our suppliersWithin 30 days
Within a few days our supplier will deliver the ordered books. Expected delivery date is always shown on the book page. If you order a book marked as "Low in stock" it may happen is it no longer available. In this case we will contact to discuss further options.

We inform you by e-mail about the status of your orderImmediately
If the availability of any of the books from your order changes, we inform you at once which books are already in stock and for which we are still waiting. This information can also be found any time on your account..

We complete your order and prepare it for despatchAs soon as all titles are in stock
Once we have all ordered books in stock, we pack them carefully (we also offer gift wrapping), attach the invoice and prepare the order for despatch. At the same time, we inform you by e-mail that the order has been sent.

Parcel is passed on to shipperNext working day at the latest
Orders are delivered by courier services DPD.

You receive SMS with information about parcel being deliveredUp to 2 working days
Shipper informs you that your parcel will be delivered.

Ordered books were delivered2 – 30 days
If nothing unexpected happens or we do not have to wait for an additional printing of the books you ordered, you will receive the books at the latest 30 days. However in the most cases the consignment will be delivered within a few days.
