This book raises the issue of the performance of the public procurement system and the impact of their office on the performance of the public procurement system in Togo.The objective of the study is to identify the strategies adopted by the respondents to achieve greater transparency and speed in the processing of public procurement files. The implementation of a contracting authority's (CA) projects necessarily requires the establishment of a procurement chain responsible for planning the execution of the specifications of the said projects. What analyses can we make of the impact of the implementation of development projects on the beneficiaries? These are the questions we will try to answer. The existence of a handover chain in a structure or project makes it possible to make the actors accountable.
