Excerpt from The Gleaner, Vol. 20: June, 1920 Such a building will cost about fifty thousand dol lars. We have at the present time about two hundred and fifty graduates. If each one in the course of the next ten years gave two hundred dollars or twenty dollars a year the building would be assured. Many however will not contribute, many have lost touch with the school and many new alumni can not give that much. It is suggested that each alumnus give what he can and that no one give less than one hundred dollars in the ten years. Farm School should be worth so small a sacrifice to every man who has been here. We wish to make this drive democratic and want every graduate in it with heart and soul.
