Auf den 530 Seiten im Großformat sind mehr als 3000 Farbbildern aller Singles, Maxis und EPs mit der Beteiligung von Frank Zappa abgebildet. Zusätzlich gibt es viele Hintergrundinformationen und einen Preisführer. Das Buch ist komplett in englischer Sprache verfasst. Durch die vielen Bilder und den gut gegliederten und teilweise tabellari- schen Aufbau erschließt sich das Buch aber auch sehr schnell einem Publikum welches in der englischen Sprache nicht sattelfest ist.Weiterhin sind im Buch Fotos und Informationen über seltene Testpressungen, Acetate, Cover- und Labelvariationen, sowie viele weitere manchmal sogar etwas seltsame Veröffentlichun- gen zum Werk von Frank Zappa zu finden.Das Vorwort wurde sowohl von Jeff Simmons (Bas- sist/Rhythmusgitarre der Mothers of Invention von 1970 bis 1974) geschrieben, als auch von Napoleon Murphy Brock (Grammy Preisträger, Saxophon/Querflöte/Gesang bei Frank Zappa zwischen 1974 und 1984). Der großartige vollfarbige Bucheinband wurde von Cal Schenkel (Designer von vielen Frank Zappa Alben) gestaltet.Das Buch wird erstmals während der diesjährigen Zappanale Ausstellung der Öffentlichkeit vorgestellt.
